This is the student’s book which is to be used in conjunction with Mrs. Curwen’s Teacher’s Guide. 1st Step (Kinross) is for students who have finished the Preliminary Lessons and are ready to begin the 1st Step. For a brief overview of how this music book is truly a companion of the Teachers’s Guide, watch a brief video found at this link.
It should be noted that 1st Step (Kinross) and 1st Step (Swinstead) are slightly different editions. At this time, the Swinstead edition is not yet available for purchase on this site. Read about the differences here.
